This is the premium pick and the group / family option across the portfolio. At roughly ¥15,000 per person for a 2-story 3LDK with BBQ and outdoor space, the economics make sense for groups of four to eight: you’re paying for the privacy of a whole house, a private kitchen, and the ability to cook together. The Airbnb listing calls the property “barrier-free,” but we’ve been told first-hand that this is not accurate - do not book here on an accessibility need. The real value proposition is the whole-villa privacy and the BBQ setup for groups. The caveat on top of that: it’s in Atami, not Yugawara, and the listing name “[Soran]” in brackets is a pure own-goal that tells guests nothing about what the place is. You need a car or a short taxi for every Yugawara trip, which is fine if the group has a rental but worth planning around.
