What this site does

What this site does

Live concept

It organizes ryokan, hotels, Airbnbs, restaurants, onsen, cafes, bars, activities, and cultural stops around the decisions a traveler actually has to make: where to sleep, where to eat, when to soak, and what route makes sense from Tokyo.

The current version is a server-rendered Next.js guide with category pages, detailed place pages, structured metadata, and bilingual English/Japanese routes.

Roadmap

The production direction is to keep turning raw listings into usable travel judgement: clearer source notes, richer spoke pages, better maps and booking paths, and itinerary routes that connect the guide instead of leaving each place isolated.

The site is designed to grow through structured content and CMS-backed pages without losing the plain-spoken editorial voice.
