- No car: swap Soran Villa for Shiroyama-kan Guesthouse near the station and keep the route tighter.
- Bad weather: drop the beach and make Yutoro plus WEST Hon-ten the shared daytime plan.
- Food-focused group: reserve Torisuke instead of pizza, but only if everyone can arrive on time.
