About Sen Yugawara
Sen is small and modern: tatami rooms with soft furniture and a free-standing tub by the window, open to the air and the hills. There's no large shared bath. The water is in your room, and there's a sauna booth you can reserve.
The building has many steps and no lift, and the lanes around it are steep, so pack light.

The baths
Each room's tub is filled with Yugawara spring water, and the sauna booth is booked by the hour. Sen also sells day plans without a night: six hours (12:00–18:00 or 16:00–22:00) or ten hours (12:00–22:00), with a meal, the baths, the private sauna and a room to yourselves.
