Moon observation at Manyō Park

Arrive at 17:30 for registration. The moon class starts at 18:05, lantern-making at 18:30, telescope observation at 19:00 and the concert at 19:45. Apply by calling the Chamber of Commerce on 0465-63-0111, weekdays 08:30–17:15; the group representative must make the call.

The program runs from 18:00 to 20:15 at the Manyō Park Yugawara Sōyu entrance terrace. It combines a beginner-oriented moon class, lantern workshop, telescope observation, and an acoustic performance by SYUI.

Applications opened July 1 through the Yugawara Chamber of Commerce. Capacity is 30 and the deadline is September 10, subject to earlier closure when full. Minors must attend with a guardian, and preschool children cannot join the craft activity.
